Conversations and Culture

One could never have thought that in a simple group of 30 people, there could be so much to share, discuss and ultimately embrace. Yet, in the Entrepreneurship Program of Westlundska Gymnasium, Enkoping that we have undergone as students of The Orchid School, Pune, time and again have we been glad to be wrong.
This program was the classic example of a successful and extraordinary cultural exchange. An exchange of ideas and thoughts that took place through the medium of a business model split over a couple of days. But the time that we have truly spent with each other has led to conversations with depth and equal understanding, where we believe bonds have been forged and for that we are truly grateful. Whether it is every minor or major change that had to be made to our business plan or the best part of the day, a traditional Swedish fika, each aspect of this learning journey led to pure joy and memorable interactions.
We definitely feel the need to thank everyone who has gone out of their way to genuinely make us feel welcome and special. The food that you have shared, the stories that you have told and the warm kindness you have displayed, it will neither be forgotten nor left appreciated. It has meant the world to us to be shown a home away from home and to be enveloped so beautifully into your system and schedule. It has been the experience of a lifetime and forgive our clichés but truly an experience that will keep on giving.
I'd also like to take out a small portion of this letter to thank Malin, Kerstin, Lotta, Ellen and everyone who has been a guiding support throughout our program. With the viewing of gorgeous tourist spots, the tours around the town and shopping malls, our breathtaking visit to Uppsala and the never ending love that you showered, there was never anything left to desire from this trip.
We have immensely enjoyed our trip and the activities we have been part of. There's so much to share and so much more to write but the beauty of having met and having become friends is that we we will never truly part. And there is some truth in the hold that diversity amongst people and community have on each one of us. It subconsciously makes us live better lives and become better people so we'd say our biggest take away from you all is to keep travelling, keep learning and remain fearless.
